About the Aspen Institute's Executive Leadership Seminars Department: 

 

Through their programs and seminars, the Executive Leadership Seminars Department have challenged individuals to think more deeply, listen more attentively, and develop critical habits necessary to lead. Aspen Institute Executive Leadership Seminars are not skills training, but intentional dynamic conversations in which participants learn both from reading materials and each other, establishing deep connections among diverse people and organizations.
